Bridging Global Care with Community Wisdom
Cascadia–Kigatto Community Health Clinic

A Clinic Built by the Community
This clinic exists because our community made it possible.
-
Families carried water for mixing cement
-
Youth gathered stones and cleared land
-
Elders guided the work with wisdom
-
Mothers cooked meals for volunteers
-
Local leaders mobilized every household
Your support now brings the final pieces to life: equipment, medicines, solar power, and trained health workers.
Your Gift Brings Care Home
Every donation directly provides essential, life‑saving services:
-
Vaccines for children and adults
-
Maternal and newborn care
-
Malaria testing and treatment
-
Essential medicines
-
Community health worker outreach
For the first time, families in Kigatto will have reliable, trusted healthcare just minutes from their homes.
Why It Matters
Umar lost his mother and two brothers to a preventable illness.
When he later moved to the United States, he discovered he had been living with untreated tuberculosis. He received vaccinations he never had access to as a child—including protection against measles, a disease that took one of his closest friends.
This clinic is his promise — and our shared commitment — that no family in Kigatto should ever face the same loss again.
Your gift honors that promise.
Donations
Choose a gift amount below to help us bring healing and hope to our neighbors in Kigatto. $25 Prenatal Wellness Kits. $50 Vital Pediatric Medicine. $100 Health Worker Education. $250 Sustainable Solar Energy. $500 Community Vaccination Drive. $1,000 Clinic Room Completion Fund. Every gift brings us closer to opening our doors forever.
Thank you to all our donors especially Mama Mary Rossi and Dennis Karas. Your support is helping us open the first clinic in Kigatto. Together, we can open the doors of a clinic built not by charity alone, but by partnership, dignity, and shared hope.
